Terms & Conditions:
A. Liability
1. The seller is not responsible for any damages or loss of your parcel/s caused by shipping or the courier. Please be assured that the seller always gives her best to ensure your order's safety.
2. Unforeseen delays made by the courier and natural disasters are beyond the seller's control.
3. Manufacturing errors such as scratches or misaligned photocards are not the seller's fault. Rest assured that the seller carefully opened the product/s. Photos and videos are available for request.
4. The seller will provide a video of your item/s condition/s before order confirmation. The seller will provide a packing video after packing your order.

B. Cancellation
1. Strictly no cancellation of orders. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of order/s.
2. Cancellation of orders will only be allowed if the product is out of stock.
C. Refunds
1. Refunds are only eligible if the product/s is out of stock—no refund policy for all other terms.
2. For damaged items: No unboxing video = no refund.
D. Payments
1. A downpayment of 50% of the total amount of order/s is required as a reservation of the product/s. This is PAYO (within 12 hours).
2. Packaging fee starts from ₱20.
3. No shipping of items unless fully paid.
4. Late fees: ₱10 per day
